Complete 89 point inspection of AC, indoor, outdoor coils. Electrical voltage testing. Physical inspection of heat exchange for cracks. Thermostat and diagnostic trouble shooting until the problem is located. Written estimate for the cost of the repair is emailed to the customer for approval.
Annual Maintenance Cleaning

Complete cleaning of the outdoor condenser and evaporator coil indoor. Indoor furnace blower wheel is completely removed and cleaned outside. Removal of any debris and gunk from evaporator coil. Cleaning of inside of furnace, all dust and particles. Outdoor Condenser coils are washed down and any debris removed. Any problems located are documented and reported. Written documentation of cleaning and findings are emailed to the customer
